This content review book for the MCAT is essential for anyone preparing for the 2015 MCAT. I am taking a prep course and while the materials they gave me are good there just isn't enough review for me. I love that there are lots of practice questions as well as indepth explanations on the topics that will be tested on this new section. Especially since I don't have as much experience with these subjects this book has been very helpful.
I am not sure how much this helped me but I know a lot of people scored higher saying they used this book.
Lays out the concepts clearly and succinctly. Next Step did a great job preparing me for this new topic on the MCAT.
It is not just enough to do practice problems. You have to have a solid foundation in the basic terminology and concepts in this new MCAT section. This prep book does a much better job at clearly laying out the material for this new section. Do not stray and go to other prep books for this section. They are going to bog you down with unnecessary information you simply do not need. Make you studying more efficient and pick up this book that clearly lays out concepts you need to do well.
